When I first entered Baby Catherine’s nursery, I immediately laid eyes on a gorgeous quilt handmade by mom. I always bring a few extra goodies with me to newborn sessions, but when there are sentimental items hanging around, that’s what I go with first. The bar for awesome decorated nurseries has been set really high lately! My HGTV instinct says that everyone’s outfits coordinated perfectly with the light bubbly blue wall and pink accents! Even though Catherine never officially fell asleep, she did give me a couple of adorable baby yawns – so I’ll take it! The new big brother became a little interested in what was going on and always found a good spot in mom’s arms. A few favorites from our newborn session at home:
