Cliche, but it’s my favorite time of the year. If you stay away from the mall (& mall traffic), I feel that people are generally nicer during the month of December because of the holidays. I wish the population kept their cheer going, but I’m convinced that diet New Year’s resolutions intervenes, making people really hangry. This year is extra, EXTRA special – it’s our very first year spending Christmas together as a family. So far, I’ve made the most of holiday decor discounts and Brian has been playing Christmas jams on the guitar. By now you know we endlessly spoil our weimaraner, Maci. Since the last post, she’s acquired a new festive sweater and GIANT candy cane toy. You’ll see those later, but for now, I’ll leave you with this shot I snapped while she’s been hanging out in front of our tree. The lights help keep her warm!
